Mrs. Youdon Aukatsang is currently the Director of Empowering the Vision Project [ENVISION]. Prior to that, she worked for three years as an Independent Consultant for Kreddha International, an organization based in The Hague, The Netherlands, dedicated to prevention and resolution of intra-state conflicts.
She was appointed the Senior Program Officer of the Tibetan Centre for Human Rights and Democracy (TCHRD) based in Dharamsala, India from 2000- 2003 and is still involved with the Center as a member of the Board.
